Founded in 2011, TransparaGov was one of the first pioneers of a cloud based government. While the SaaS (software as a service) model was widespread in the private sector, most governments still relied on paper processes or legacy software hosted on local servers. But TransparaGov cloud based form solution offered governments the opportunity to elegantly automate their paper processes.
