Natural Language (NL) Annotators

OneForma​ is seeking qualified Natural Language (NL) Annotators to join the Fred Annotation project. This remote initiative focuses​ on analyzing and annotating user utterances​ by converting them into structured intent representations. 

Tasks: 

Analyze user utterances and convert them into structured representations​ of intent 

Follow detailed annotation guidelines and project specifications 

Ensure consistent delivery aligned with predefined quality standards and turnaround times 

Identify, analyze, and escalate anomalies, trends,​ or recurring issues 

Maintain proactive communication with the Project Manager regarding progress and potential risks 

Adhere strictly​ to confidentiality and project requirements 

Requirements 

Availability​ of 40 hours per month 

Completion​ of mandatory onboarding and training process 

Ongoing participation based​ on performance and project needs 

Native speaker​ of one​ of Polish (Poland)

Academic background​ in Linguistics, Philology, Translation,​ or​ a related field is a plus 

Minimum​ of​ 1 year​ of experience​ in annotation​ or data labeling projects 

Strong technical curiosity and experience working with digital tools​ or technical environments 

Demonstrated ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues 

Access​ to​ a macOS device (MacBook, iMac, Mac mini,​ or equivalent) 

Compensation 

Compensation​ is provided​ on​ an hourly basis. Rate details will​ be shared with qualified candidates during the onboarding process.
