Hiring Workday Integration Technical Consultant - Base Camp Recruitment

We're looking for a Workday Integration Technical Consultant to join our People Technology team. This is a purely technical role focused on building and maintaining Workday integrations to ensure seamless data flow across HR and business systems

What you'll do:
* Design, develop, and support integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs.
* Manage interfaces with payroll (PECI, PICOF, ADP), analytics (Power BI, Tableau), LMS, and identity tools (Okta, Azure AD).
* Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure data integrity.
* Support reporting, analytics, and HR functional teams with reliable data flows.
* Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with data security standards.

What we're looking for:
* 3+ years of Workday integration experience.
* Strong hands-on skills in Workday Studio, APIs, Core Connectors, and EIBs.
* Experience with middleware (Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato).
* Technical problem solver with strong attention to detail.
* Workday Integration Certification and global HR integration experience are a plus.
