* Manage large and complex transnational projects, establish project management procedure and project plan, lead the project team to achieve goals efficiently.
* Ensure high customer satisfaction. Track project progress, coordinate project resources, and maintain good cooperation with external parties. Identify risks and problems timely and develop solutions to avoid delays and overbudget.
* Regularly analyze project status and submit project reports to relevant parties, ensure the information is accurate and complete.
* Establish and maintenance the project team knowledge base, collect the best practices of project, upgrade process and standards.
* Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
