We are looking for a hands-on Principal Software Engineer who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex engineering problems, and is comfortable operating at both architectural and implementation levels.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys rapid experimentation, shaping technical direction, and building scalable, cloud-native solutions using modern engineering practices.
What We're Looking For
* Core Technical Skills (Must-Have)
* Strong hands-on experience in; Min. 6 years of experience

---- Python
---- React
* Deep understanding of AWS architecture and services
* Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
* Strong experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
* Solid grasp of cloud-native and distributed system patterns
* Comfortable leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)
Engineering Mindset
* Strong problem-solving ability in ambiguous environments
* Comfortable in R&D-style iterative delivery
* Experience in Agile or Lean environments
* Strong communication skills, able to extract requirements and articulate technical decisions clearly
Nice to Have
* Experience with Temporal or distributed workflow orchestration tools
* Passion for improving developer productivity and reducing engineering toil
* Exposure to platform engineering or DevEx initiatives
