What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

-Strategic Roadmap Development: Collaborate with executive stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases and align them with long-term business objectives and ROI targets.
-Governance Framework Design: Build and implement robust AI governance structures, including accountability models (RACI), policy guidelines, and ethical review processes.
-Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: Lead cross-functional assessments to ensure alignment with global standards (e.g., EU AI Act, GDPR, NIST RMF) and mitigate risks related to bias, privacy, and security.
-Ethical Oversight & Transparency: Develop rubrics for Model Explainability and Fairness, ensuring that AI-driven decisions are traceable, unbiased, and socially responsible.
-Organizational Change & Literacy: Facilitate workshops and training programs to bridge the "AI expertise barrier," fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and ethical AI adoption.

Qualification path

What You Bring (Mandatory Qualifications):

-Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law (Digital/Tech focus), Management Information Systems, or Ethics/Philosophy. An MBA or JD is highly preferred.
-Native Language: Native-level proficiency in your primary language is mandatory to navigate regional legal nuances and lead local stakeholder engagements.
-English Proficiency: Minimum B1 (Intermediate) level English to collaborate with our global community and interpret international regulatory frameworks.

Strategy Experience: 2–3 years of experience in management consulting, digital transformation, or corporate governance with a focus on emerging technologies.
